EduTech needed to increase employee engagement in training activities and centralize scattered materials.

Development of a SharePoint portal integrated with Teams, using gamification to incentivize participation and Power Apps for registration management.

 

### Overview

EduTech struggled to keep its employees motivated for continuous training. Materials were scattered and access was difficult.

### Challenge

Create a centralized platform that not only hosted content but also made learning fun and collaborative.

### Solution

We implemented a modern SharePoint portal with custom SPFx web parts for gamification (points, badges, leaderboards). The solution was integrated into Microsoft Teams for easy access.
