Crohn & Colite Portugal
The Crohn/Colite Portugal Association is a non-profit dedicated to supporting patients living with Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis, improving their quality of life.
What began as a single project has grown into a continuous, multi-year partnership — the flagship of the AvantIT Impact initiative.
What we have achieved together
- Designed and developed the association’s public website.
- Built a complete Member Portal with self-service and digital member cards.
- Enabled online quota payments via Multibanco and MBWay, with no manual work.
- Eliminated ~€300/month in external licensing costs.
- Migrated all historical member data with zero information loss.
- Continuous support, content updates and technology consultancy.
